Get ready for GovCamp Cymru 2025
Nine things to know, with one week to go – Friday 7 November 2025.
1.A big thank you to our sponsors
GovCamp Cymru couldn’t happen without the financial support of our sponsors.
Their support helps us keep GovCamp Cymru free and open for everyone.
Take a look at the services and products they offer.
2. What to expect on the day
Doors will open for:
sponsors and campmakers: 8:00am
registration 8:45am - 9:45am (free breakfast for those that come early - available until it runs out!)

3. If you can’t make it…
We currently have around 60 people on the waiting list.
If your plans change - please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite.
It will make someone’s week.
4. No photo ID - no entry
bring your photo ID for check-in
follow instructions from campmakers and security staff
you will be given a white lanyard - you must wear this at all times while in the building
stay within the event area - if you need to leave, ask a campmaker or attendee with a green lanyard to escort you
if you are a Welsh Government employee or resident of CP2 please support other attendees if they need to be escorted out
do not take any photographs within the building - for security reasons, only our official photographer, will be taking photos
If you have any issues or questions regarding photo ID or accessing the building, please contact our team before the event.
5. Shaping the unconference agenda
GovCamp Cymru has no pre-booked talks. If you have an idea, question or challenge - pitch it.
We’ll shape the agenda grid live on the day.
As an attendee, go to the session where you can contribute the most.

We want GovCamp Cymru to be welcoming for everyone. Take a look at our Nurocove and communication preference stickers at this year’s event.
Get in touch if you’d like to join a call to ask questions with our team before the event: govcampcymru@outlook.com.
