Post-event GovCamp Cymru social

After the main unconference, the conversation doesn’t stop. Join us for the GovCamp Cymru social to relax, connect, and continue discussions from the day.

At Zero Degrees, Cardiff city centre

What’s included

  • Buffet food, with vegan and halal options available. If you’ve let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements we’ll do our best to cater for them.

  • At least 1 paid-for drinks included with your ticket (drink vouchers provided)

  • Bar open all evening.

  • An alcohol free area.

How to get there

From the Welsh Government building in Cathays Park, it’s an easy, mostly flat route to Zero Degrees on Westgate Street.

Walking

Around 15–20 minutes on foot. Head south, past the museum, continue down Park Place and Greyfriars Road, then turn onto Westgate Street. The route is through the city centre and almost entirely level.

Driving

Roughly 5–7 minutes, though parking near Zero Degrees is limited. The nearest options are NCP Westgate Street or St David’s 2.

Cycling

Around 5 minutes by bike, with bike racks available nearby.

Accessibility

We can help arrange transport to the venue if needed, for example for disabled attendees.

The social is open to everyone who attends GovCamp Cymru during the day. Just bring proof of your event registration.
