Sponsor GovCamp Cymru 2026

GovCamp Cymru is back in Cardiff on Friday 6 November 2026!

Run by volunteers from across the public, private and third sectors, GovCamp Cymru brings together people who care about improving public services and transforming the organisations that deliver them.

People come from across Wales to share experience, test ideas, make connections and explore better ways of working.

GovCamp Cymru is an unconference. Unlike a traditional conference, there is no fixed programme of speakers and presentations. The agenda is created by the people attending.

At the start of the day, participants pitch the conversations they want to have. These become the sessions for the day.

That might mean discussing a difficult organisational challenge, sharing something that has worked, exploring a new idea or simply asking for help from people who have faced similar problems.

Sessions can cover anything connected with making public services better; these include organisational change, leadership, policy, culture, communities, service design, data, technology, innovation and new ways of working.

It creates an informal and practical space where people can talk openly, learn from each other and make connections that often continue well beyond the event.
