I'm director of Service Works, Cardiff - and I'm on a mission to help develop skills and capability of people working in public service organisations in Wales to design services that work for people. I'm the one who bosses everyone around to get this event off the ground.

I'm the co-founder of Ilkr, a new digital design and strategy agency based in Cardiff. I'm really passionate about social change, and I've been working in social innovation / service design / social start ups for the last 14 years. I'm the one who did the website, and I'm making sure the food is on point throughout the day.

I'm the owner of Mantage. We help organisations turn their visions into reality, using our combined expertise in Strategy, Operations and Delivery. As a long-time GovCamp attendee, I'm delighted to be able to help organise GovCamp Cymru this year.
I run Basis. We help public services solve messy problems, one sprint at a time. I'm on a mission to make work more meaningful. I'm passionate about creating opportunities for people to work through the medium of Welsh and to help them to do the best work of their lives. I also do cool card tricks.
