It's exciting news that we can once again host Gov Camp Cymru on the 23 June 2023.
This year’s event will be held at Biz Space in Cardiff from 9:30am. We will also be holding a social event in the evening at Pie Minister from 4:30pm and a get-together the night before from 8pm at Daffodil, the pub!
This unconference is all about you. You set the agenda, lead the sessions, and share your knowledge and passion with the community, not the conference organisers.
The unconference lets you have meaningful conversations, enabling you to share your thoughts and ideas. There is no such thing as a bad idea at an unconference, and everyone's contribution is welcome.
Value of networking
We live in a fast-changing Wales. This is especially true for those working in public services. Gov Camp Cymru lets you explore how to tackle the big issues facing public services here in Wales.
Everyone who attends Gov Camp Cymru has an opportunity to propose a session topic, you don’t even need to host the session you are proposing. This offers a great opportunity to chat about new ideas with peers across public services.
Last year we had some great feedback:
“Great mix of people and perspectives – some really interesting conversations happened”
“Great to meet so many allies”
“Mind expanding day (as ever) thanks @govcampcymru”
What are you waiting for? You can apply for the final batch of tickets on the Gov Camp Cymru website.
